Built for stations where space is limited, the UCapIt Compact Healthcare & Medical Supply Vending Machine gives each location its own secure supply point for medications, narcotics, and critical supplies. Every station can be properly prepared by restocking its own units around the clock, having every withdrawal tied to a provider, and giving leadership visibility to what each station has from one portal.

A 29.3" wide cabinet, 72" high and 35.2" deep, can hold trays that can be configured to up to 43 selections.
Providers identify with an employee number, RFID badge, fob, magnetic strip, proximity card, barcode, biometrics, and more, then confirm with a unique four-digit PIN.
The machine shows each provider only the items their role and certification allow, with optional limits on how much of an item anyone can take in a set period.
Configurable trays accommodate vials, prefilled syringes, boxed medications, IV start kits, airway adjuncts, and supplies of various shapes, sizes, and packaging types.
An integrated sensor confirms every item reaches the provider before the transaction is recorded.
Every transaction and stock level reports in real time to one web-based portal, with automatic low-stock alerts.
The standard 10.1” touch screen can show detailed product information.

When supplies live in one central supply room or an open cabinet at each station, some stations run short, others are oversupplied, and crews stash backups on the truck just in case. The UCapIt Compact Healthcare & Medical Supply Vending Machine gives each station its own controlled supply point, stocked for the calls that station actually runs, and powered by the same iQ Technology as the rest of your UCapIt program.
Right Supplies, Right Station: Every station stays stocked for the calls it runs, and leadership knows where inventory stands across the agency.
Leaner Units: Crews carry only what the call requires, so less stock expires on the truck.
Provider Accountability: Your agency knows who took what and when, including every narcotic.
Audit-Ready Records: Complete transaction histories resolve discrepancies quickly and protect crews who missed a manual step during a busy shift.
Smarter Purchasing: Supply use stays in line with patient care, and every order is based on what your agency actually consumes, so your budget goes further.
Station Readiness: Stations stay ready for the next call, and crews restock their own units any time, day or night.

A compact medical supply vending machine is a secured dispensing system, sized for smaller spaces, that stores medications and critical supplies and releases them only to authorized crew members. Every transaction is recorded, so your agency always knows what's on hand at each station, who took it, and when.
Satellite stations, rural and volunteer stations, single-unit stations, and supply rooms without room for a 41” cabinet are all a good fit for a compact machine. A compact machine is also the practical way to give every station its own supply point instead of sending crews back to headquarters to restock.
Yes. Each machine reports into the same iQ Technology portal, so leadership sees inventory levels, replenishment needs, and machine status for every station in one place. Stock each machine for that station's call volume, and move supplies to the stations that need them instead of leaving them where they were delivered.
Capacity depends on how you configure your trays. A typical setup holds roughly 115 items across up to 43 unique selections. You can give your most-used supplies additional space or configure the machine for maximum variety. Your UCapIt rep will help you build the layout around each station's actual usage.
The machine measures 72" high, 29.3" wide, and 35.2" deep and weighs about 445 lbs. It runs on standard 115VAC power and needs a network connection for web-based communication. Your rep will review the planned location, including doorway clearance and floor space, before delivery.
It depends on the station's call volume and how the trays are configured. Low-stock alerts flag items before they run out, and your rep can build a stocking plan around each station's usage. If a station needs restocking more often than your team wants to manage, the High-Capacity machine or a second compact machine may be the better fit.
Yes. Narcotics stay locked in the machine until an authorized provider completes two-factor identification. Every access is logged with the provider, the medication, the quantity, and the time, which gives your agency a complete record for narcotic counts and audits at every station.
Each crew member identifies with an employee number, badge or fob, or biometrics, then confirms with a unique four-digit PIN. Permissions are tied to role and certification, so a paramedic and an EMT can see different items at the same machine. You can also set limits on how much of an item anyone can take in a given period.
Crews may stash extras on the truck when they aren't sure the station will have what they need. A compact machine gives them 24/7 access at their own station, so units carry what the call requires and restock what they used after each run.
Yes. iQ Technology can flag medications as they approach their expiration date, so stock gets used or rotated before it lapses. Keeping backup stock in the station machine instead of on the unit also helps, because fewer extra units ride on the truck waiting to expire.
