Loading Textiles
Five Simple Steps
- Unlock the unit with the key and pull out one of the four racks.
- Reset all of the trays in the rack by lifting up the bottom tray to the top tray until each tray clicks into place.
- Load the items into the trays by placing one item in each tray and push the rack back into place. Repeat the process for the remaining three racks.
- When finished, close the doors, which will automatically lock upon closure.
- Select “Confirm Restock to Full” on the touch screen which will communicate to the software that the dispensing unit is fully stocked.
Stocking the ScrubTrak scrub vending machine is as simple as stacking the items to be dispensed. For convenience, there is a secure cabinet above the return unit to store additional items or cleaning supplies.

What Customers Are Saying About IDS IT Asset Management Software
“IDS machines are versatile and lockers allow us flexibility to offer larger items like protein bags. There are many benefits over other suppliers. IDS provides value through in-house financing with competitive rates, its service entity network, and backend software that’s easy to use. IDS has the capacity to scale with us as we grow.”
Taryn Watson, President – The WOD Market
“If there is an incident overnight and a critical piece of equipment is needed, whether it breaks or it’s used on a patient, they will be able to get it immediately.”
Michael Baker, Chief of EMS – Tulsa Fire Department
“Our vending machines are great and perform like they’re brand new. IDS is the perfect solution and working with them is a very positive experience. We evaluated other suppliers, and IDS had the best technological solution. The machines are embraced by the team and popular in the office.”
Daniel Bolens, Desktop Services Specialist – JAMF Software
“The report tells me what I need to know, how many are expiring, where they are located and the name of the medication. I really like that I can run the report for 90 or more days because I order replacement medications 3-4 months in advance, plus my regular stock… so I know I won’t run out. Now instead of having to do a count by hand at the end of the month or so I check them in when I receive them and simply run the reports I need.”
Capt Beth Hines – Onslow County EMS
“The integration of IDS’ iQ Technology software with our existing point-of-sale (POS) system drives the success of our 300 machine healthy vending program. Plus, the software’s real-time reporting and alerts allows us to manage the program efficiently and effectively. In the 2016-17 school year alone over $1.2M of revenue was generated by the machines.”
Julie Hedine, Pasco County School District
“IDS vending machines have truly transformed our organization. I used to be inundated with requests for IT peripherals and other office supplies, but since implementing the vending machines these requests have dropped to almost none. Plus, employees love that they can access all the supplies they need 24/7 without waiting for assistance from the IT staff and now the IT team spends much less time setting up things. Our breakeven occurred after only five months – the ROI is amazing!”
Kyle Williams, IT Support Specialist – GoSpotCheck
“The cost reduction we realized once we had implemented IDS’ UCapIt solution is a big benefit to us. We spend less time doing the manual count and the paperwork to keep track of the physical inventory. Plus, we receive notifications from the web service that allow us to track all of our equipment, certifications and product in real-time. With IDS’ UCapIt, we were able to reduce inventory time and save money. IDS’ UCapIt system is extremely easy to use and manage. I would recommend the system to other agencies that are looking to reduce costs and efficiently increase their inventory tracking capabilities.”
